Prvih 30 godina poduzeća

PROJEKT AUTOBUSA D14
Razvoj i proizvodnja prototipa autobusa D14 bila je prekretnica u razvoju poduzeća. Sa autobusom D14 AUTOKAROSERIJA ZAGREB postaje proizvođač kompletnog autobusa i mijenja ime u TVORNICA AUTOBUSA ZAGREB.
Razvoj autobusa D14 nije bio lak ni jednostavan i realiziran je tek u trećem pokušaju. Projekt D14 započeo je 1970 god. u FAPu koji je trebao izraditi šasiju (rešetku) i ugraditi u rešetku agregate i ostale dijelove podvozja. Sa strane AUTOKAROSERIJE u projekt D14 bio je uključen samo jedan projektant i to dipl. ing. Ivan Balog. Kako FAP na razvoju D14 do 1975 god. nije učinio ništa na inicijativu ing. Baloga projekt se prenosi u Zagreb i u Autokaroseriji se u Službi razvoja formira Razvoj konstrukcije podvozja koji on vodi i u 1976 g. započinje se rad na projektu D14. Izradila se dokumentacija za ugradnju motora Famos i prateće sisteme uz motor ali dokumentacija se ne realizira u proizvodnji. Iz razloga bojkotiranja projekta D14 od rukovodstva poduzeća ing. Balog daje otkaz i u ožujku 1977 odlazi iz Autokaroserije. Na projektu D14 prestaje se raditi i Razvoj podvozja radi na projektu rekonstrukcije šasije autobusa D1913 za izvoz u Dansku. Po završetku tog posla projekt D14 se treći puta započinje i rukovoditelj Službe razvoja daje pismeni zadatak ing. Alekseju Aleksandrovu da započne novi projekt D14. U 1978 god. izrađena je kompletna dokumentacija za rešetku i za cijelo podvozje i počela je proizvodnja rešetke D14 u prototipnoj radionici.

DALJNJI RAZVOJ AUTOBUSA D14
Prototip D14 izrađen je sa motorom Famos od 200 Ks i imao je oznaku D1420. Daljnji razvoj bio je ugradnja jačih motora tako da je ubrzo ugrađen DB (Daimler Benz) motor OM402 od 260 Ks ( D1426) i Famosov motor od 270 Ks (D1427). Za izvozna tržišta ugrađivani su motori prema zahtjevima kupca. U familiju D14 ugrađeno je 10 različitih motora. Kupci su najviše tražili autobuse D14 sa DB (Daimler Benz) motorima.

MINIBUS TAZ NERETVA KOOPERACIJA SA ČEHOSLOVAČKOM FIRMOM AVIA
TAZ proširuje svoj proizvodni program i na minibuse u kooperaciji sa Čehoslovačkim proizvođačem AVIA na njihovoj šasiji A21 razvija program minibusa u 2 izvedbe (turistički minibus i sanitetsko vozilo). Zbog prezauzetosti kapaciteta u TAZu potpisuje se ugovor o suradnji sa HERCEGOVINA AUTO Mostar i pola proizvodnje za Čehoslovačku radi se u Mostaru. Iz tog razloga i minibus dobiva oznaku TAZ NERETVA.
Prezentacija 2 prototipa održana je u PRAGU. Na ovom projektu započinje i suradnja sa ACMom iz Zagreba kao izvoznikom TAZovih vozila u Čehoslovačku.

SURADNJA TAZ - AUTOCENTARMERKUR ZAGREB
U cilju boljeg odvijanja izvoznih poslova TAZ potpisuje 1988 godine Ugovor o izvozu sa ACMom Zagreb i prebacuje svoje izvozne poslove sa FAP FAMOSA BEOGRAD na ACM Zagreb. ACM vrši uslugu izvoza TAZovih autobusa u Čehoslovačku, Englesku, Finsku i Njemačku.

IZVOZ AUTOBUSA D14 U FINSKU
Dobar kupac autobusa D1428V bila je i Finska. Autobusi su bili posebno izvedeni za niske temperature u Finskoj. Finska stručna štampa povoljno je ocjenjivala TAZ autobuse.

SURADNJA SA TAM MARIBOR
Iako je TAZ bio član SOURa FAP FAMOS surađivao je i sa TAMom Maribor. Suradnja je započela proizvodnjom 50 autobusa na TAM šasiji za SAUDIJSKU ARABIJU i nastavila se proizvodnjom autobusa za EGIPAT i RUSIJU. U EGIPAT je nakon izvoza autobusa prodan i know how za proizvodnju tog tipa autobusa. Također za neke domaće kupce koji su to tražili radile su se autobusi D14 sa TAM motorom.
Na prve 2 slike su autobusi za EGIPAT. Na druge 2 slike je autobus D55 sa TAM motorom na TAM šasiji za AUTOTRANS Rijeka.

IZVOZ AUTOBUSA D14 U ENGLESKU
Izvoz autobusa D1428 u ENGLESKU bio je vrlo uspješan posao. TAZ je uspio zadovoljiti sve uvjete tog zahtjevnog tržišta i po godišnjoj količini prodanih autobusa bio je uspješniji i od DBa (Daimler Benza). Slike 3 i 4 su sa sajma BUS &COUCH u Southamptonu 1989 godine.

KOOPERACIJA SA NEOPLANOM
U stalnom traženju novih i povoljnijih poslova u izvozu na EU tržište TAZ je 1989 godine dogovorio i potpisao Ugovor o kooperaciji sa firmom NEOPLAN. Kooperacija je podrazumijevala proizvodnju autobusa tip TRANSLINER u TAZu koji bi isporučivali u NEOPLAN koji bi ih prodavao u Njemačkoj. Autobusi TRANSLINER koncipirani su tako da se autobus D14 modificiraju i u njih ugradi prednja stijena i osovine od NEOPLANA. Ugovor je potpisan za isporuku prvih 100 autobusa a dalje se je planiralo dignuti proizvodnju na 200 do 300 autobusa godišnje.

PREZENTACIJA 2 PROTOTIPA TRANSLINER NA SAJMU NAA U NEOPLANU
Prva 2 prototipa TRANSLINERA izrađenih u TAZu prezentirana su na sajmu NAA u rujnu 1989 u NEOPLANu. Prototipovi su dobro prihvaćeni i od stručne javnosti i od kupaca. Dakle TAZ je proizvodno ušao u EU još 1989 godine. U proljeće 1990 god. isporučeno je Neoplanu još 16 autobusa TRANSLINER.

ZAVRŠETAK USPJEŠNE PROIZVODNJE
Odmah nakon sprovedenih izbora u RH (svibanj 1990) donosi se politička odluka da se obustavi proizvodnja u TAZ jer je ona štetna i neprofitabilna te da poduzeće ide u stečaj i u privatizaciju. U to vrijeme TAZ je imao ugovoreno 703 autobusa u izvozu (Engleska, Finska, Njemačka, SSSR, Egipat, Češka) a plan proizvodnje za prvih 6 mj. bio je 298 autobusa. No plan zatvaranja TAZa kreće odmah u realizaciju i postojeće rukovodstvo napušta poduzeće a ubrzo propadaju i svi izvozni poslovi. NEOPLAN prenosi proizvodnju TRANSLINERA u Njemačku i u sljedećim godinama proizvodi ih u velikoj količini. Da nije došlo do nasilnog prekida proizvodnje 1990 godine TAZ bi danas bio uspješno izvozno poduzeće jer je po programu i tehnologiji bio daleko ispred proizvođača autobusa u Turskoj koji su danas nosioci proizvodnje autobusa u EU.

Evo ga, to je to o TAZ-u, 90-ih je ostala ekipa koja je životarila na ostacima šasija i karoserija, jedini mini projekt je bio 5 Mercedes Benz O405N2 autobusa za ZET. Ostalo sve pokušaji i modernizacije s tim da kad je nestalo djelova čak su i neke Dubrave izvan TAZ-a dovršavane, poput one koja je sad kod Puće ex Enikon, nju su zajedno Enikon i Herc Tours složili.
Ove Dubrave Neoplan D6128 su sve bile naručene za Čazmatrans, ali tokom rata došlo je do kratkog prekida proizvodnje i onda je ove koje nisu bile isporučene ČZM-u uzeo Croatia bus.

POVIJEST EUROBUS-a
EUROBUS d.o.o. – Poduzeće za marketing, projektiranje i proizvodnju osnovano je rujnu 1990 godine u iznajmljenom prostoru na adresi Zeleni trg 3, Zagreb. Poduzeće su osnovala 2 suvlasnika (A.Aleksandrov i Ž.Ivančić) sa osnivačkim kapitalom od 5000 DM. Odmah po osnivanju poduzeće zapošljava 6 djelatnika i započinje rad u projektnom birou na projektu autobusa za TAM Maribor a u komercijalnim poslovima započinje se rad na zastupanju stranih poduzeća iz auto branše.

PROJEKTI ZA TAM MARIBOR – PRVI PROJEKTI EUROBUSA
Za TAM Maribor EUROBUS radi projekte karoserija familije midibusa TAM161A85T i TAM232A90T. Kako je TAM do ovog projekta proizvodio samo šasije za autobuse (karoserije su se radile u AVTOMONTAŽI Ljubljana i AUTOKAROSERIJI Novi Sad) ovo su prvi autobusi koji će se kompletno proizvoditi u TAMu. EUROBUS također daje i stručnu pomoć kod izradu prototipa TAM232A90T u Mariboru. Prototip koji je na slici završen je 1992 god. i izložen na sajmu u Frankfurtu. Proizvodnju autobusa TAM odvaja u posebno poduzeće TAM BUS (od 1996 godine MARBUS).

PROJEKTI ZA STEYR BUS BEČ
Za STEYR BUS iz Beča EUROBUS radi 1992 godine redizajn linijskog autobusa STEYR u međugradski autobus tip SBL 12. Projekt se sastoji od novog designa prednjeg dijela autobusa kao i u izradi modela i alata za nove dijelove od poliestera. Kupci u Austriji dobro prihvaćaju taj autobus i EUROBUS nastavlja suradnju sa STEYR BUSom i započinje rad na projektu niskopodnog gradskog autobusa ali se projekt prekida jer STEYR ulazi u poslovne poteškoće.

KOMERCIJALNI POSLOVI EUROBUSA
Komercijalni poslovi EUROBUSA bili su zastupanje proizvođača vozila i opreme za vozila iz EU. Za te poslove kupljen je u 1991 godini od jedne slovenske firme poslovni prostor u sklopu ZV. U tom prostoru se je radilo a 2 puta godišnje i izlagalo u sklopu proljetnog i jesenskog ZV. EUROBUS je izlagao na ZV od 1991 pa sve do 1998 godine sve dok nije primio obavijest od ZVa da makne poslovni objekt u roku od 10 dana sa zemljišta ZVa jer je isto prodano Konzumu. Kako je to bio zidana kuća ista se nije mogla maknuti te ju je ZV srušio bez naknade EUROBUSU.

ISPITIVANJE KONSTRUKCIJE AUTOBUSA AV120
Prije serijske proizvodnje autobusi EUROBUSA se detaljno ispituju i provjeravaju svi detalji. Kao primjer takvog ozbiljnog rada je i Sažetak ispitivanja konstrukcije autobusa AV120 koje je rađeno u BRODARSKOM INSTITUTU ZAGREB. Ispitivanje je samo potvrdilo da je AV120 vrlo pouzdano vozilo.

AUTOBUSI AV120 ZA GENERALTURIST
GENERALTURIST je kupio 7 kom autobusa AV120. Jedan od autobusa bio je opremljen kao poslovni autobus za prijevoz VIP putnika. Sa poslovnim autobusom Generalturist je prevozio i vladu RH. Kada je prvi puta vidio autobus Predsjednik vlade je uvjeravao vozača da je to autobus iz uvoza. Takav je nažalost bio odnos politike prema domaćoj proizvodnji.

LINIJSKI AUTOBUS AV120L
1995 godine EUROBUS izrađuje i linijsku varijantu autobusa AV120L na šasiji VOLVO B10B. U proizvodnju je lansirano 16 autobusa za SAMOBORČEK i AUTOTURIST ali proizveden je samo jedan jer ZAGREBAČKA BANKA sa kojom je dogovoreno financiranje te proizvodnje promijenila odluku i odustala od financiranja.

GRADSKI AUTOBUS AM117G
1996. godine EUROBUS potpisuje ugovor sa ZETom o proizvodnji prototipa gradskog autobusa AM117G na šasiji MAN EL 202 F. Prototip je bio završen 1996 god i predan ZETu na probu. Kako je prototip zadovoljio kupca potpisuje se ugovor za proizvodnju 5 autobusa AM117G svake godine u sljedećih 5 godina. Ukupno je EUROBUS isporučio 11 autobusa AM117G ZETu.
Također u 1997. godini isporučio je EUROBUS i 5 autobusa AM117G u Rijeku poduzeću AUTOTROLEJ

AERODROMSKI AUTOBUS AE141A
1997 godine EUROBUS je preuzeo dokumentaciju za aerodromski autobus od GRAEF&STIFTa Austrija jer su oni prekidali proizvodnju autobusa u Beču. Dokumentaciju je trebalo temeljito preurediti i ugraditi nove agregate tako da se je praktički radio novi projekt aerodromskog autobusa. Novi autobus AE141A je i posebno ispitan na FSBu u Zagrebu. Prototip je završen 1998 god. i isporučen Zračnoj luci Zagreb. U toku godine isporučen im je još jedan autobus AE141A. Taj tip autobusa radilo je samo još 3 proizvođača u svijetu i zbog toga je to mogao biti pravi izvozni proizvod EUROBUSA. Ubrzo se je i potpisao ugovor o proizvodnji 10 autobusa za Zračnu luku Beč i započela se je proizvodnja, ali autobusi nisu dovršeni jer se nije moglo osigurati pravo financiranje proizvodnje u HR bankama. 4 kom tih autobusa dovršilo se je tek u poduzeću EUROBUS INTERNATIONALE 2004. godine

PROJEKT NISKOPODNOG MINIBUSA STEYR CITY BUS
STEYR BUS iz Beča imao je u svom proizvodnom programu i niskopodni minibus tip CITY BUS koji je proizvodio u različitim izvedbama za zemlje EU. Zbog poteškoća u poslovanju STEYR je 1996. godine zatvarao proizvodnju autobusa u Beču pa je ponudio EUROBUSu da preuzme program minibusa. Prednost tog minbusa je da je to jedini minibus na vlastitoj niskopodnoj šasiji koji se može proizvoditi u različitim izvedbama i za različite namjene što nije slučaj kod drugih proizvođača minibusa jer im šasija određuje izvedbu. Kako je EUROBUS dobro poznavao koncept i prednosti CITY BUSa donio je odluku da kupi kompletni know how za proizvodnju niskopodnog minibusa od STEYR BUSa. Plan EUROBUSa je bio da odmah po preuzimanju know howa po njemu izradi samo nekoliko vozila i da na toj niskopodnoj šasiji krene u razvoj novog minibusa ( sa novim motorom i mjenjačem i novom karoserijom). EUROBUS je proizveo samo 2 kom minibusa za Zračnu luku Zagreb i nakon toga prebacio sve alate i naprave u EUROBUS SOKO Mostar. Započelo se raditi na novom projektu i izrađen je novi design minibusa.

Iako je EUROBUS zaštitio autobus AV120, ime EUROBUS i zaštitni znak AA u DRŽAVNOM ZAVODU ZA INTELEKTUALNO VLASNIŠTVO isto nije uspio zaštititi i od krađe.

UGOVORI EUROBUS
U svom radu EUROBUS je vrlo uspješno surađivao i sa velikim proizvođačima iz EU. Suradnja se uvijek odvijala krajnje poslovno na osnovu potpisanih ugovora. Između ostalih ugovorni odnosi bili su sa VOLVO BUS CORPORATION, VOLVO TRUCK CORPORATION, Ugovor o kooperaciji sa MERCEDES BENZ i Ugovor sa MAN Salzgitter. PRODAJA RABLJENIH AUTOBUSA
Kupaca za autobuse EUROBUS bilo je uvijek više nego što je EUROBUS proizvodio i u proizvodnju nikada nije ušao autobus koji nije imao kupca. Glavni limitirajući razlog za veću proizvodnju u EUROBUSU bilo je financiranje ciklusa proizvodnje. Financiranje proizvodnje pratila je u određenoj visini samo GLUMINA BANKA D.D. a vodeće banke u RH nisu htjele financirati proizvodnju EUROBUSA. Dio proizvodnje financirao je EUROBUS sam i to prodajom rabljenih autobusa svojim kupcima u RH jer je temeljem ugovora sa EU proizvođačima kao partner dobivao od njih tehnički puno bolja rabljena vozila kao i povoljnije cijene od trgovaca. IZVOZNI PROJEKTI EUROBUSA
Nakon što su se autobusi EUROBUS potvrdili na domaćem tržištu ( 31 poduzeće iz RH i BIH kupilo je autobus od EUROBUSA) počelo se je raditi na izvozu autobusa.
1997 god. proizveden je za partnera iz Austrije poduzeće GRAF&STIFT Beč prototip linijskog autobusa na šasiji MAN za Austrijsku poštu. Prototip je bio i izložen na ZV i nakon toga isporučen kupcu u Austriju. Kako je autobus dobro prihvaćen od strane kupca GRAF&STIFT naručio je seriju 40 autobusa od EUROBUSA ali izvozni posao nije realiziran jer EUROBUS nije mogao dogovoriti sa bankama financiranje proizvodnje tih autobusa.
1998 na međunarodnom natječaju za nabavu 300 autobusa u SAUDI ARABIJI ( firme SAPTCO) od 18 ponuda izabran je autobus AV120. Nakon dobivanja obavijesti iz SAUDI ARABIJE o izboru EUROBUS je za dobivanje te proizvodnje morao dostaviti garanciju od 1,5% vrijednosti posla što je i uobičajeno kod većih tendera ali je PBZ odbila izdati garanciju EUROBUSU. Nakon toga je posao proizvodnje 300 autobus na šasiji VOLVO dobila AVTOMONTAŽA Ljubljana uz punu podršku i banke i vlade Slovenije.

POSLOVNI REZULTATI EUROBUSA
U 1999 godini odlaskom GLUMINA BANKE D.D. u stečaj izostalo je svako financiranje proizvodnje EUROBUSA od strane Hrvatskih banaka a sav prihod EUROBUS išao je bankama za lihvarske kamate koje su bile i iznad 30% godišnje. Time je neminovno započeo kraj poduzeća koji je i nastupio otvaranjem stečaja u EUROBUSU u lipnju 2002. godine

EUROBUS INTERNATIONAL
Nakon otvaranja stečaja u EUROBUSu talijanski partner kao većinski vlasnik osniva poduzeće EUROBUS INTERNATIONAL d.o.o. u Karlovcu sa namjerom da se nastavi proizvoditi program autobusa EUROBUS. Prvi posao u novom poduzeću je dovršenje 4 kom. aerodromskih autobusa AE141A koji su izuzeti iz stečaja. Autobusi su dovršeni 2004 godine u iznajmljenoj hali Borongaj servisa u Zagrebu i to su ujedno i zadnji proizvedeni autobusi iz programa EUROBUS jer je talijanski suvlasnik uvidjevši koji su uvijeti proizvodnje u RH odustao od daljnjeg ulaganja. EUROBUS SOKO
U 8 mjesecu 1997 godine EUROBUS Zagreb, SOKO Mostar i GLUMINA BANKA Zagreb osnivaju poduzeće za proizvodnju autobusa EUROBUS SOKO Mostar. EUROBUS ulaže u novo poduzeće know how za proizvodnju autobusa AV120, AV120L, AM117G i STEYR CITY BUS. SOKO ulaže proizvodnu halu 11000 kvm koja je bila potpuno devastirana i zapaljena u ratu kao i know how za autobus SM O405. GLUMINA BANKA ulaže početna financijska sredstva potrebna za uređenje hale. Osnovni razlog za odluku EUROBUSA da ide u osnivanje novog proizvodnog poduzeća u Mostaru bila je nemogućnost kupnje odgovarajuće proizvodne hale u RH (hale su mogla kupiti ili dobiti kao poklon samo poduzeća u vlasništvu 1oo odabranih RH obitelji) a troškovi zakupa hala u RH bili su previsoki za bilo koju proizvodnju.

AUTOBUSI SM O405
Autobus tip SM O405 koji je SOKO unio u novo poduzeće proizvodio je EUROBUS SOKO u ukupnoj količini od 10 kom u početnoj fazi rada poduzeća dok se je vršila tehnološka priprema proizvodnje za program autobusa EUROBUS. Svi autobusi tip SM O405 prodani su u BIH.

EUROBUS SOKO – SLIKE IZ PROIZVODNJE
EUROBUS SOKO je osnovano kao poduzeće za proizvodnju autobusa i u organizaciji poduzeća bile su samo službe koje su za proizvodnju potrebne. Poslove razvoja proizvoda, poslove marketinga, poslove uvoza šasija i ostale opreme iz EU te poslove prodaje autobusa radio je za njih EUROBUS Zagreb pa je otvaranjem stečaja u EUROBUSU onemogućen i normalni rad u EUROBUS SOKO. U samostalnom traženju rješenja za preživljavanje EUROBUS SOKO umjesto proizvodnje novih autobusa počinje raditi popravke i generalne popravke svih vrsti autobusa.
